If the part is ordered before 2pm we normally deliver the next working day (allowing for Weekend & Bank Holiday etc..) at the price quoted to Mainland UK - elsewhere is negotiable and we will contact you if the Vauxhall car part ordered cannot be delivered at the price quoted because of your location.

If the Vauxhall spare part is not in stock or not available for some reason we will contact you for a full refund or to make alternative arrangements.

Please note that the cost charged for delivery also includes packaging costs.

When a part is ordered for delivery the customer must make provision for the parcel to be accepted i.e to be in on the day of delivery or to respond to any correspondance from the parcel company, if there is no response the parcel company will return the part back to us within a few days with a charge which is quite often double the original postage costs, and we reserve the right to pass all postage costs on to the customer.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, Special Delivery and Internationally Signed For as well as DHL, Interlink Express. We will select the most cost effective service based on size and weight and location of the customer.
