Q. Will this part fit my car?

A. Often the listed Vauxhall car part should have enough information with it for you to be able to be sure that it will be the correct part for your car but that relies on you knowing the relevant information e.g. sometimes the engine code X25XE for example or even your chassis number. The best way to sure is to phone your Vauxhall dealer and ask them for the part - get the part number and match that with the information on our web site or contact us and we'll try and help you.

Q. Is the part new or used?

A. As we supply a range of both new and used parts we will always specify new or used in the information listed against each part.

Q. Do you do Commercial vehicle parts?

A. Yes, we stock parts for the smaller vans and we can get parts for the larger ones on request contact us and we'll do our best to source the part for you.

Q. Is the part Genuine Vauxhall?

A. Yes and No. A lot are Genuine Vauxhall but we also source good quality parts from other Suppliers but only those that have been tried and tested over the years and are problem free. This ensures quality products at very competitive prices for our customers.

Q. What guarantee do I get with the part?

A. All new parts come with a genuine 12 months guarantee and our used ones that have all been tested if necessary come with a 3 month guarentee. Please see our Terms & Conditions for a full explanation.

Q. When will my part be delivered.

A. Approximately 95% of our orders are delivered the next working day to Mainland UK if purchased before 2pm. It does depend upon what postage is offered and the location of the destination and sometimes availability of stock. We also offer a Saturday delivery service by courier but it is expensive so contact us before ordering if you need this service.

Q. What are your opening hours?

A. As an online shop we are open 24/7 but our shop is staffed Monday to Thursday 9am until 5:30pm & Friday 9am until 5pm and Saturday 9am until 3pm if you want to contact us direct. Of course you can also email us at any time at vauxcentre@btconnect.com and we will try and answer as quickly as possible.

Q. Have you a branch in our area?

A. No. We are based solely in Harold Hill Essex but we specialise in mail order delivery.

Q. As you do not have the part I need - do you know anyone else who might have it?

A. Often, if we cannot source the part you need, we can make suggestions on how you might find it using our connections in the trade over the years. Best thing to do is contact us.

Q. Is the part under exchange?

A. Our descriptions of the part will always state whether or not the part is under exchange and what charge is made and how the exchange part can be collected. You may need to contact us to arrange the deilvery/collection.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. In our online shop we accept all major credit and debit cards. This is a completely secure encrypted server based service that ensures that we do not see any of your payment details - merely receiving an email detailing your order. This is via Protx and Streamline.

We also accept alternative methods of payment:
You can pay us by Paypal - please contact us for our PayPal information.
You can send us a cheque made payable to Vauxcentre Ltd and the day we receive your cheque we will send out your part.
You can pay us by BACS transfer or cash direct into our bank account at NatWest and we will send out the part immediately. Please contact us for our Bank Details.

Q. Can I have a trade discount?

A. No! The prices of our parts are as low as we can get them and remain in business!

Q. Do you have a price catalogue?

A. When we have all our parts on our web site that will be our price catalogue but if you need any Vauxhall parts prices then contact us and we will be only too pleased to assist.

Q. Is the part easy to fix?
