Buying a Part.
To buy a part from Vauxcentre is very easy. First find your Vauxhall part by using our search engine or navigate through the model category to browse through the parts. When you find the part you need click on it and simply press the buy button and add it into your shopping basket. Then you will be asked to fill in some details that will unable us to process your order and send the Vauxhall car part to you.
If you register with us we will be able to send you special offers and other information if you tick the box whilst registering. Also your details will automatically be filled in when buying a part.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and use Protx for a secure 128-bit encrypted payment facility. No credit card information is kept on file for the security and protection of our customers.
You can contact us directly to pay over the phone by credit or debit cards if you prefer or to arrange payment by Postal Orders, Cheque, BACS or by direct payment into our bank.
If the part is ordered before 2pm we normally deliver the next working day (allowing for Weekend & Bank Holiday etc..) at the price quoted to Mainland UK - elsewhere is negotiable and we will contact you if the Vauxhall car part ordered cannot be delivered at the price quoted because of your location.
If the Vauxhall spare part is not in stock or not available for some reason we will contact you for a full refund or to make alternative arrangements.
Please note that the cost charged for delivery also includes packaging costs.
When a part is ordered for delivery the customer must make provision for the parcel to be accepted i.e to be in on the day of delivery or to respond to any correspondance from the parcel company, if there is no response the parcel company will return the part back to us within a few days with a charge which is quite often double the original postage costs, and we reserve the right to pass all postage costs on to the customer.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, Special Delivery and Internationally Signed For as well as DHL, Interlink Express. We will select the most cost effective service based on size and weight and location of the customer.
If a part is wrongly ordered we will accept it back as long as it has not been fitted to the vehicle, but will not pay for postage costs.
All new parts are guaranteed for 12 months for a replacement or if unavailable, a full refund.
All used parts are guaranteed for 3 months for a replacement or if unavailable, a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Distance Selling Regulations.
Under these regulations to be found at http:www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si/si2000/20002334.htm you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order without giving a reason. The part must be returned at your cost unopened and we will then refund you the cost of the part but not the charge we made to deliver.
This regulation also covers the Returns Policy. If you receive a damaged or faulty Vauxhall part then contact us and we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement part.
Orders not accepted.
We may not accept an order for the following reasons:
The part was incorrectly priced or described
The part is out of stock.
The inability to obtain authorisation of your payment.
Any personal data voluntarily entered in our web site will be stored to enable us to contact you with special offers ond news updates (if you ticked the box when registering). We will never pass on your data to anyone else. If you do not want us to store the information then please contact us and we will remove the data immediately.
